Description: This is the main file of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. The records of the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and the Dean for Curriculum, Research and Graduate Studies are also in this record series. Included in this collection are committee records, reports, correspondence, building information, successful grants, proposals, and curriculum development materials. The bulk of these materials are from 1964-1984. The collection covers the entire range of concerns of Academic Affairs and includes a variety of subjects. Of special interest is correspondence and reports from the various schools as well as information from such offices as the Center for Research and Educational Improvement, Learning Resources, the Graduate College, and the Admissions and Credits Committee. It sould also be noted that this collection contains many of the records of John Jarvis when he was acting president of Stout.
